The Organization has received a complaint regarding the above property. Upon review, the following condition was found to be out of keeping with the community standard:

You are directed to bring the property into compliance according to the following schedule. Cheer does not surrender, and neither does this schedule.
- Cure the condition by the date above. A courtesy, extended once.
- Failure to cure: a written warning, entered on your file.
- Continued: an assessed fee of $40 per unlit window, per night.
- Continued: your residence is logged dark by the Volunteer Watch and referred.
Appeals may be filed in triplicate and are read in whatever order cheer permits. Down here, friendliness is not a temperament. It is a bylaw, and you are in arrears.
This notice, once laminated, is real. The Organization thanks you for your visible participation and reminds you that dark windows are counted, not judged. They are simply counted.
